Please allow a 24-48 HOUR period for an email response on BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. (WE ARE OUT OF OFFICE ON WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS) 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will be thrilled to assist you and correct any errors.

Refunds 

For items that have been shipped and are misplaced within the mailing system, please inform us within 30 days of your shipped date. After the passing of these times, your item(s) are no longer insured by us and can not be retrieved and/or accommodated on ISARY'S behalf. However, a missing mail report amongst the carrier that was used to ship your item(s), can be submitted at a customer's own expense. This information can be found on the tracking page of your order. Please note; we do not have any control over any mail process that occurs once an item has been shipped from ISARY'S warehouse. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@isaryofficial.com.
