Shipping policy
Please allow 1-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) for all ready-to-ship items. Please note, once the package is given to the mailer (shipping office), it is no longer in our control.
With “MADE TO ORDER” items, we ask that you allow 4-5 weeks for fulfillment, unless stated otherwise.
WHAT IS “MADE TO ORDER”?
ISARY'S "MADE TO ORDER" release’s follow a 4-week process, allowing us to curate each item specifically at the time of your purchase. This approach benefits both you and us by guaranteeing the receipt of your desired item(s) while also being environmentally conscious. By implementing "MADE TO ORDER" releases, ISARY avoids overproduction and contribute to the reduction of global textile waste.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS......
WEEK 1 - The process will begin on the next business day following your purchase. During the first week, we will communicate with our manufacturer to gather all necessary textiles and tools to initiate the cutting and sewing process.
WEEK 2 - During the second week of the process, the manufacturing of your clothing items commences, marking the initiation of what we refer to as "Production."
WEEK 3 - As we approach the third week, production is nearing completion, and it is now necessary to package and label each item individually according to size, colors, & textiles.
WEEK 4-5 - Once all items are produced and packaged, the entire inventory must be shipped to our facility. This process typically takes 5-7 days to complete before we can fulfill and dispatch the orders to you. Upon the arrival of the inventory, orders are fulfilled to customers within 1-2 business days.

MISSING/MISPLACED PACKAGES
For items that have been shipped and are misplaced within the mailing system, please inform us within 30 days of your shipped date. After the passing of these times; your item(s) are no longer insured by us. ISARY can not retrieve and/or accommodate customers once 30 days have passed from a customer's shipped date. However, a missing mail report amongst the carrier that was used to ship your item(s), can be submitted at a customer's own expense. This information can be found on the tracking page of your order. Please note; we do not have any control over any mail process that occurs once an item has been shipped from ISARY OFFICIAL'S warehouse.
